PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO
Sessions take place in a fully-equipped, private personal training studio in the heart of Fulham, away from the distractions of a busy gym.
We make use of squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable machines and a range of cardio equipment to achieve spectacular results.
PERSONALISED TRAINING PROGRAMME
Take away the guess work from training with a fully personalised training programme.
Built specifically just for you, taking in to account your training experience, time constraints and goals. With a maximum of 3 gym sessions per week, a training programme will fit in to even the busiest of schedules.
Our coaching team are passionate about what we do, and we couple that passion with thousands of hours of coaching experience.
All members of our team have worked one to one with clients for many years. We use this experience to ensure your sessions are the perfect blend of challenging and enjoyable!
Gone are the days of turning up for your PT session, spending an hour with your trainer and then being left on your own for the rest of the week. You'll always have direct contact with your coach outside of your sessions to keep you motivated and on track.
We give you a clear structure for a sustainable diet that fits your lifestyle, letting you eat the foods you enjoy whilst still making progress towards your fitness and body composition goals. There's no restrictive or fad diets here!
EASY TO USE
Everything related to your training can be found on our easy to use app. Your training programme, nutrition targets and demo videos can be easily accessed from your phone.
You can upload progress photos, keep track of your weight and body measurements and sync your smart watch to monitor your health and daily activity.
We take a long-term approach with our clients, giving you knowledge and tools that you can use for the rest of your life, not just during your time with us. Armed with these tools and knowledge, you'll be able to keep your results and avoid rebounding.
