EASY TO USE APP

All the information you need can be found on my easy to use app. Your training program, nutrition targets and demo videos can be easily accessed from your phone. You can upload progress photos, keep track of your weight and communicate with me directly through the app.

RECIPE BOOK

You'll receive a recipe book with lots of tasty recipes to cook up during the programme. The book is filled with great ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert & snacks. Meaning you can say goodbye to eating the same meals over and over.

We’ll arrange a consultation call to discuss your goals, training history, injuries and lifestyle. We’ll also discuss how the program works and make sure its the right fit for you.

After agreeing a start date, I’ll use the information discussed in the consultation call to build a bespoke programme to help you achieve outstanding results!

You’ll receive access to your own account on my easy to use app. Here you’ll be able to view your training programme, nutrition plan and exercise demo videos. You’ll also be able to upload and store progress photos and body measurements, making it easier to see your progress week on week.

Over the course of the 12 weeks, you’ll have direct contact with me 24/7 to help keep you on track and motivated. We’ll also have a full check-in once per week and make any necessary changes.

FAQS

Is the programme suitable for me?
The programme is 100% bespoke and suitable to all ages and fitness levels. It does however require commitment throughout the process and a willingness to learn and be coached.
What kind of results can I achieve?
Exceptional ones! You’ll build your shape through resistance training and then reveal it by torching through stubborn body fat. You’ll also feel fitter, stronger and more energised.
How quickly will I see results?
Physical changes will take a few weeks to become noticeable, however you’ll start to feel different within the first week of coaching.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. As the programme is built around you, it can be tailored for gym or home training.
Will I get the same support as I would with in-person training?
Yes absolutely. I’m on hand whenever you need support, motivation or guidance.
How quickly can I get started?
Once the consultation call has taken place, you can be up and running in a matter of days.
What happens at the end of the 12 weeks?
At the end of the 12 weeks you’ll be in a position to go it alone with confidence. If you’d like to continue working with me, you have the option of switching to a monthly rolling contract for online coaching.
