GET A PERSONALISED MEAL PLAN,
BUILT FOR YOU, YOUR GOALS AND
Before your meal plan is written, you will complete a comprehensive questionnaire detailing your personal information, body composition goals and food preferences. This ensures your meal plan is calculated precisely to fuel your body with the foods it needs, and the foods you enjoy!
Your plan will include 7 days worth of meals, with detailed measurements, cooking instructions and calorie and macronutrient information.
We work together to revise your meal plan to make sure you’re happy with the plan before the final version is sent out. You’ll also receive support during the first week of your plan while getting to grips with the foods and recipes.
HOW IT LOOKS
I want to lose weight. Will a meal plan help me do this?
Whatever your goal, a meal plan will help you on your way. Your plan will be calculated to the precise calorie and macronutrient that your body requires for you to achieve your goal. The meal plan is intended to be used alongside a well structured exercise programme.
I’m a fussy eater. Will this be a problem?
Not at all. The plan is built with your food preferences in mind, and we will work together to revise the plan and make sure you’re happy with it before starting.
I’m not a very good cook. Does this matter?
Your plan will come with detailed cooking instructions, so don’t worry if you’re not at Gordon Ramsay’s level right now.
Do you cater for vegetarians and vegans?
